Dear Friends,
As the good weather arrives, so does our next auction in six days’ time, if this arrives with you on Friday the 14th. It’s full of wines and spirits.
The good news is that William and Sophie’s baby, our first grandchild, arrived a couple of weeks ago. She is called Hannah and after a problematic start and open-heart surgery she is now out of danger and should be home in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait ….
To business ….we have a full saleroom, as ever, of fresh-to-the-market goods with 80 lots of pictures, 150 lots of jewellery and art objects, including gold coins, 80 lots of silver and plate including a fantastic early Victorian tea service, fashion, books, records, five cartons of football programmes and every shelf full, we conclude the sale with a small furniture section of only 90 lots. We also have a car for sale, a low mileage Vauxhall run-about.
